Free Ship to Store

Kohl’s offers Free Ship to Store for certain items purchased on Kohls.com. There is no minimum purchase amount needed. Ship to Store is a great way to save on shipping costs on items that are not currently available at your store.

Free Ship to Store is currently available at all Kohl’s locations. However, this option is not available for every item on Kohls.com. You’ll need to select this fulfillment option while shopping or during the checkout process. 

All orders placed using Free Ship to Store that are not picked up within 7 days of the original purchase date will automatically be refunded and items will be placed back into inventory. Any Kohl’s Cash or Rewards that had been applied to the purchase, will have the value returned to you.

How to Order Using Ship to Store

Items available will have the option of “FREE Ship to Store” listed on the product page when trying to add the item into your cart. Before you select Ship to Store, be sure to verify your “My Store” location is set to the correct location where you would like the items shipped to.

How long will I have to pick up my order?

Your order will be held for 7 days. Items not picked up will automatically be refunded and items will be returned to stock at the store. We’ll be sure to send you an email reminder the day prior to your order being canceled.

We understand that things happen and you may not be able to pick up your order within the 7 day pickup window. If you need to extend the pickup window, please contact Customer Service using the chat feature.

Why is my item not available for Ship to Store? 

Kohl’s is constantly trying to improve the way customers receive their items. Not all items are currently available for Free Ship to Store, but we hope to offer this service to all items on Kohls.com in the future.

Can I cancel my Ship to Store order? 

Once an order is placed using Free Ship to Store, we are unable to cancel the order until after your items have arrived at your store. To cancel your order, you would need to contact Customer Service using the chat feature. 

Where do I pick up my order? 

All orders must be picked up at Customer Service. You should receive specific pickup instructions via email. 

Pro Tip: Be sure to use the designated Store Pickup parking spot to help save time at the store and get your order quicker.

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to check the email you receive from us for local store hours.

To receive text notifications when your order is ready, add your mobile phone number during checkout.
 

Can I change the store for my order after I make the purchase?

Unfortunately once an order has been placed, you are unable to update the location to be picked up at a different store location.
