Kohl's Card Coupons

Can I be sent a new 15%, 20%, or 30% coupon?

There are scratch offs available at the registers in the store during our secret sales. If you are placing an online order, you are automatically provided 15% off your order when using a Kohl's Card during these sales.


Why didn't I receive a $5 coupon?

$5 Go Paperless coupons are sent electronically (within 7 - 10 business days) to Kohl's Card customers who opt-out of paper statements.

If you have not received your $5 Go Paperless coupon:

  • Add Kohls@email.kohls.com to your contact list
  • Monitor your spam/junk folder in the event your email provider has marked the coupon as unsolicited mail.
  • If you have not received your coupon within 7 - 10 business days, please send an email by logging in to My Kohl's Card and clicking "Message Center".

Why am I not receiving Kohl's coupons?

Kohl's wants all of our customers to take advantage of our great sales and the coupons that we send out to our Kohl's Card holders. To meet this goal, our marketing process begins three to four months before an event begins, with the mailer printed two months in advance and then held at the post office until the delivery date. Different factors may impact delivery of your mailers, including:

  • Have you recently changed your address? Mailers are prepared 2-3 months in advance and the post office does not forward third class mail. It will be 2-3 months before you receive mailers again.
  • If your address is a military address we do not send mailers to military addresses.
  • If your account has been past due in the past 3-4 months you will see an interruption in your mailers.
  • Accounts that do not have purchases in the last 18 months will be deactivated from our Mailer list. Once you make a purchase it will be 2-3 months before you receive mailer coupons again.
  • Add Kohls@email.kohls.com to your contact list, and monitor your spam/junk folder in the event your email provider has marked the coupon as unsolicited mail.

Can the authorized user on my account use my coupon?

Yes, anyone on the account may use the marketing coupons.


Can I use my friend/relative’s coupon?

Coupons sent to individuals are designed and intended to be used only by the customer who received them.


Why do my friends and family receive different percent off coupons than me?

Mailers with coupons are sent randomly to all customers and customers are not specifically chosen for certain percent off coupons.


Can I receive coupons without having a Kohl's Card?

By using your debit card or credit card at the store, you may be put onto a mailing list. Also, you can sign up for our online coupons at the store with your email address.


Why does only one Kohl's Card account in my household receive coupons?

Everyone that has a Kohl's Card gets access to extra savings coupons throughout the year. If there is an account that is not receiving coupons, it may be due to an address update, etc.


If I receive expired coupons, can I still use them?

All of our marketing mailers are mailed out at the same time. If you do receive them after the expiration date, you can take them to the store to see if they can still be honored.
