The Details:
This subscription ships every 3 months, charging on the same day of the month that you signed up on (Ex: If you signed up February 2nd, your next order will ship May 2nd). When it's almost time for your next shipment, you'll receive an email letting you know you have 7 days to customize your next box. Customize your box within this window or you'll receive a default assortment of products. New box selections will change at the top of each quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st). If you want the full 7 day edit window, make sure to move your next order date accordingly.
To manage your existing Therapy Box subscription, visit Account > Manage Subscriptions > Manage Subscriptions. You can skip a shipment, edit your shipping date, or cancel. Start to customize your upcoming box order up to 7 days before the next order date.
*PLEASE NOTE: At this time Therapy Box cannot be purchased by a Wholesaler account. Due to the low price and 15-25% everyday product discount, no extra discounts or coupons can be applied to Therapy Box orders.
